A subsidiary of John Hancock Life & Health Insurance Company, FedPoint was founded in 2002 to build and administer the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program for the federal family. We have since expanded to multiple contracts and clients, including what has become the largest and broadest marketplace in the federal benefits landscape—BENEFEDS—through which we provide the online enrollment platform and benefits support services for nearly 9 million unique beneficiaries (including federal employees, annuitants, military retirees and active-duty families, Guard & Reserve, survivors and their covered family members).
